When files with accented characters in their names are in a course or user files, they do not appear in search results.
This happens when the accented character is used and in some situations when the non-accented character is used
This prevents files in non-English languages that use those characters (ex:Swedish) from being searched
Characters such as "ß" do not appear to be affected
