This behavior has been resolved and deployed to the production environment as of 10/19/23.
Description
In Firefox 118.0.2, users are unable to record videos in Studio. Instead, users are presented a spinning wheel
Expected Behavior
Instead, users should be able to record Studio videos in Firefox 118.0.2
Workaround
No workaround exists at this time.
Steps to Reproduce

Requirements: Studio enabled in an instance and FireFox 118.0.2

As any user, access Canvas with Firefox 118.0.2

Access Studio, be it from the Global Nav, Course Nav or RCE options

On the pop-up, click 'Record' and select the 'Webcam Capture' from the dropdown

Notice the "Please allow Studio to access your webcam" message

After allowing permissions notice it just spins
