This behavior has been resolved and deployed to the production environment as of 2/28/23
Description
When you edit a piece of RCE content and embed an lti launch in it, revisiting the edit page after saving it strips all of the url parameters from the src=/courses/961/external_tools/retrieve url that is used to provide the context of the launch itself.
Expected Behavior
To have it load the url parameter
Workaround
No workaround exists at this time.
Steps to Reproduce
View the page below and see it has an lti embed saved in it and the video works fine, but then edit it and see the preview in the rce no longer works.
