When a New Quiz is added to a module, and the availability dates are in the past for the quiz, differentiating that quiz by giving a student new availability dates will produce an infinite loading screen and 422 error in the console when attempted by the student.

Expected Behavior

Instead it should bring them into the quiz for the valid attempt.

Remove the New Quiz from the Module, or extend the availability date for everyone.

Steps to Reproduce

  • Requirements - A published course with a student and module.

  1. Create a New Quiz, add a due and availability date to a time in the past, then add the quiz to a module.

  2. Add a second Assign to box and assign it to a student in the course with an available until date at some point in the future.

  3. Act as the student and attempt the quiz
