Description

When a course had no Announcements yet and the Announcements tab is hidden from students, the hidden icon does not line up with the word 'Announcements' when the scrolling sidebar is present on windows devices. When the scrolling option is removed the icons display normally.

Expected Behavior

Instead it should line up with the word 'Announcements' in the left panel like it does with all other hidden tabs.

Workaround

No workaround exists at this time.

Steps to Reproduce

Prerequisite: On a windows device have the browser page small enough that the scroll option appears for course nav.

  1. In an account with no theme enabled, go into a course that does not have any Announcements yet

  2. Notice in the course navigation that the Announcements tab has an icon directly below it, but all other hidden tabs, the icon is lined up with the word.
