Description
When any language pack outside of english is used the Edit page of the Assignments, New Quizzes, Discussions, Announcements and Classic Quizzes are not fully translated to the language selected, some information are in English instead.
Expected Behavior
All elements of the Edit pages that are not user generated should be translated.
Workaround
No workaround exists at this time.
Steps to Reproduce

Set the course’s language to any language except english.

Create an Assignment, New Quiz, Classic Quiz, Page, Discussion or Announcement and go to the Edit page of one.

Notice that some of the text field names on the Edit page is in English.
