SCORM LTI wont load due to 503 errors

This behavior has been resolved and deployed to the production environment as of 3/23/22.

 

Description

 

Scorm is displaying the error of This website is under heavy load (queue full) when attempting to load any content/assignment. As well the base external page does not load and provides 503 errors.

 

Expected Behavior

 

Instead, it should be loading so instructors can upload and view their Scorm files on this course tab.

 

Workaround


No workaround exists at this time.

Steps to Reproduce

 

  1. In an account that has Scorm installed, go to the Scorm tab in the course navigation

  2. Notice that no content loads on this page

  3. Inspect and reload the page and you will see 503 errors.

  4. Go to an assignment from a previous loaded scorm file

  5. See the error.
