Studio generated captions are stuck in a queued status

This behavior has been resolved and deployed to the production environment as of 7/11/22.

 
Description

 

  • When select the option to auto generate captions in Studio, it is getting stuck in a queued status, some users have stated that they have been waiting over 24 hours.

 

Expected Behavior


Instead it should generate the captions in a reasonable amount of time.

Workaround


No workaround exists at this time.

Steps to Reproduce

 

Within Studio record with the webcam being sure that there are words spoken in the video

After the video is saved, click on the option to auto generate captions

Notice that the caption process gets stuck and states queued
