For a large number of syncs, UTF-8 errors are now being shown for users.csv
files. No actual issues can be found in the files. In most cases this started to appear in production on the afternoon of March 2nd.
Expected Behavior |

To have the sync run without giving UTF-8 errors when there is no issue with the file.
Workaround |

No workaround exists at this time.
Steps to Reproduce |
---|
While it is not affecting all imports universally, the affected clients would be unable to change Enrollments while this is occurring, and may have grade passback issues as a result as well.
