When creating an event by selecting a day on the calendar you are only able to create all day calendar events, any entered time is not saved. Additionally, attempting to set times for an all day calendar event will also not work.
Expected Behavior |

Calendar events should allow times to be saved when creating from clicking on a day or editing an all day calendar event.
Workaround |
---|
Select "More Options" and add the time from the event edit page.
Use the "+" (Add) icon to create the event
Steps to Reproduce |

As a teacher or student, navigate to the calendar from global navigation
Click a day on the calendar to create an event
Observe no time is populated in the "From" or "to" fields
Enter times and save the event and observe the times are not saved
