| Description |

When MP was moved from a feature option to a setting, the setting included a lock option for sub-accounts and courses, which automatically enabled MP in courses without the teacher selecting it in course settings.
| Expected Behavior |

- When MP setting is disabled and unlocked, sub-accounts and courses can turn it on
- When MP setting is disabled and locked, sub-account and courses cannot turn it on. It’s off everywhere.
- When enabled and unlocked, sub-accounts and account have it automatically enabled, but can go in and turn it off.
- When enabled and locked, sub-accounts and accounts have it automatically enabled and cannot turn it off.
