[iOS] Student | Hard-completed enrollments cannot be accessed

This behavior is resolved in Canvas Student iOS 6.12

Description


When a users enrollment is concluded via the users enrollment details in a course that enrollment is considered hard concluded and shows in Past enrollments inside of the "All Courses". It does not show in the mobile apps in that view however.

Expected Behavior

 

Our guides state: All courses should show in the list. Which is different than the Android guide that mentions that Concluded courses should show. We may want to update this iOS guide after the behavior is changed.

Workaround


No workaround exists at this time.

Steps to Reproduce

 

  • Prerequisites: student with multiple active enrollments

  1. Access the student enrollment details page, /courses/:course_id:/users/:user_id: and click complete enrollment.

  2. Login to the Student app as the user you completed and tap "See All" on the dashboard.

  3. Notice that this course does not show there but does show for the user in the browser when viewing All Courses.
