Create a Mixed Question Assessment

Open Assessment Tool

Click on Assessments, then click Add Assessment.

Select Assessment Details

First, provide the basic assessment information (type, subject, title and optional description).

In the Assessment Source list, select either Upload a File or No File to Upload (Private to Me).

Select the Question Type and the quantity. You can do this to include all different types. Enter the quantity of questions for each type of question and then click the "+" to  add to your assessment. 

Next, select the standard, question type, correct answer, and number of points for each question.

Enter Possible Points or Ratings

If you have selected rubric criteria type questions, indicate the possible points or ratings for each.

Assign Rubric Points

If you have selected bubble sheet rubric scoring, assign points to each answer.

Finish and Create Assessment

Next, enter your Mastery cut scores, then and click Create Assessment.
