As a school or district administrator, you can share a curriculum map with teachers at your school or district. You can share curriculum maps to individual teachers and to groups of teachers according to their school, grade, or subject. Instructors can copy a shared curriculum map, and they can use a shared map to create a tracker.

Open Maps
In the Global Navigation menu, click the Maps link [1], then click the Curriculum Maps link [2].
Open Curriculum Map
Click the curriculum map name link.
Open Sharing Options
Click the Share icon.
Select Teacher Group
To share the map with a group of teachers, click the school [1], grade level [2], and subject checkboxes [3].
You can also share the map with individual teachers [4].
As you select teachers, you can view the total number of teachers to whom you are sharing [5].
Add Individual Teachers
To share the curriculum map with an individual teacher, enter their name in the Share with Individual Teachers field [1], then select the name of the teacher [2]. You can repeat this process to add as many teachers as necessary.

To stop sharing a curriculum map with an individual teacher, click the Remove icon [4].

To share the map with the selected teachers and groups, click the Save button.
