After a term has ended and progress reports have been generated, teachers are no longer able to add comments for the students in their classes. However, you can reopen the comment window to allow teachers to edit existing or add new comments.
Open Progress Reports
Click Admin, then click on Progress Reports.
Reopen Progress Report
Find the progress report whose comment period you'd like to resume and click Reopen.
Send Report Notification Email
Provide an optional message and click Send to notify teachers via email that they are once again allowed to add new—or edit existing—student comments.
After teachers have finished adding comments, you will have to manually close the report again by clicking Generate Report.
