Downloading Quiz Completion Time Data

Is there a way to download data concerning how much time each student spent on a quiz?

I've found the average completion time per section in the "Quiz Summary," but it doesn't give a standard deviation. 

Scanning through the moderation feature shows that the average from the quiz summary is based on total number of attempts; it does not total time spent per student on the quiz as a sum of multiple attempts. There are instances where quizzes have hundreds, if not thousands, of students attempting it, so using the moderation feature is not suitable for this task.

The "Student Analysis Report," only has submission times without start times.

Is there a way to download a file containing the completion times? Or, at least the start and end times?

If you are using New Quizzes this can be downloaded via the Reports > Student Analysis in build mode.

This is how long the test took as a whole.  I need per question.  Is there anywhere this data can be exported.  For instance by student: time spent on each item.  I desperately need this because copy and pasting from the moderate page is extremely inefficient.
