I want students to know if their responses are correct or incorrect, but I do NOT want them to be shown the correct answer.
I want students to receive feedback to help them make corrections and to have multiple (sometimes unlimited) attempts. I prefer to use "build on last attempt."
It seems that if I select the option to "indicate response as correct or incorrect" and then leave the other two boxes blank (show correct answer and Only after last attempt), it is still showing them the correct responses. Pics below:
Isn't it under settings after you click build? It does not make logical sense.. but you choose to hide responses.. but then it gives you options. You could hide results from student but then show points awarded.. You might play with the different toggles and it might get you where you want to
Hello.
After you click to "show questions," you can choose to show student responses and then "indicate response as correct or incorrect." I've chosen that option, but without checking the "show correct answer box." I understand this to mean that the students will be told your answer is incorrect while NOT showing the correct answer. That isn't what is occurring.
