Stimulus questions and Item Banks

I'm just wondering if there has been any movement on the issue with Stimulus questions and their associated questions being linked together, so that when you use them in an Item Bank both the Stimulus part and their associated questions are seen together, without the need to manually link things. 

Basically - to my instructors those elements (stimulus and associated questions) are really just one question. Looking at previous posts on this topic suggests this has been an issue for a very long time (years).
