New Quiz Item Bank Question: Edit points

I have created several quizes using the new quiz format. I have banked all questions in their respective Item Banks (which are apparently not the same as question banks). I can edit the questions in the item bank but cannot find any way of changing the available points for the questions. In Blackboard you could adjust the points either in the Pool (equivalent of bank) or when deploying the quiz. Neither of these options appear to be available in Canvas.

When you add the questions to the quiz you can do so either as all/random or as individual questions.  Within the quiz all/random will  let you set how many questions should be randomly selected from the bank and how many points each question will be.  Individual questions will be added to the quiz with individual controls for adjusting points.

I've just stumbled on the answer myself. I was distracted by the question becoming greyed out and a banner coming up telling me to edit the question in the bank. The greyed out question, with its points, is still active and editable despite the banner.

That got me at first too.  Maybe there is a better way to emphasize the options that remain functional, but at least it works

THAT IS SO TRICKY!!! Oof - thanks to your stumbling around, I might be spared another hour or more of tinkering!
