New Quiz -- mass export and review essay question answers

I know there is no  API yet for the New Quiz LTI but is there a recommended feasible way to download and extract all essay question answers in a report ?

I want to look for common answers, and such.  If I can create a text file with answers by each students to each question I can prossess this offline. I want to avoid a copy and paste manual extract.
