Viewing my syllabus

When I open my canvas, I can't see my dashboard or open up any of my assignments on my mac computer, suggestions and help please

Sorry to see that you are having issues with viewing your course content.  Here are some things to try:

• Ensure that you are using an up-to-date web browser.  Canvas works best when you are using either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
  • What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?
  • Google Chrome Web Browser
  • Download Firefox Browser — Fast, Private & Free — from Mozilla
• Try clearing out your browsing history/cache files, and then shut down your browser.  Once you do that, re-start the browser, and log back in to Canvas to see if anything has changed.
  • How do I clear my browser cache on a Mac?
• The College of Lake County may have staff on campus that might have some suggestions for you.  I found this page on CLC's website that might be of help to you: Support for Online Students | College of Lake County (clcillinois.edu).
• You might try reaching out to Canvas Support, too.  They may have some other suggestions for you.  How do I contact Canvas Support?
