Need to add a student to observe

I have a parent account and have successfully added my 5th grader, but every pairing code my 9th grader gives me says its invalid.  Please help....as I'm trying to be organized and ready for school to begin.

Could your 9th grade student provide a new pairing code? Sometimes that will help!

He's tried 4 or 5 times with no luck.  I am hoping that it will work Monday as they said all ccsd students should be able to pair by then.

I am having this same issue.  I was able to get my 8th grader and my 9th grader paired so that they show up in "observing".  I have 4 other kids and have tried multiple pairing codes with them all and I get an error every time that says "invalid pairing code".  I have ensured that each code is exactly same with uppercase lowercase and numbers, but no luck. I also tried it on my wife's canvas account with different pairing codes and still no luck. Is there something wrong with the pairing system today?

I too am having a problem pairing my daughters account with mine.  Every code she’s sent says invalid.  I’m attempting this through iOS in my phone.  I couldn’t find a way to try through a web browser as a parent?  Help??
