Hi @YWILL1922 - Interesting! If you're using the generated code from your student immediately after it's created, it should work. One place to double-check though: are you visiting the correct URL? Make sure the URL to Canvas that your student uses is the same as the one you are using to create your account.
Also -- If you are trying with the web browser, have you tried connecting to your student using the Canvas Parent app? You'll be able to use the account information in either place when you're done. How do I create an account in the Canvas Parent app on my iOS device?
