Can I have two accounts w/ same email?

Question: Can I have two accounts using the same email address? One for my training course I'm enrolled in and the other for work to create badges. [I only have one work email address.]

Hi There!

Great question!  With a single Canvas Badges or Canvas Credentials account, you can be both a badge recipient (for any courses for which you receive any badges) AND a badge awarder (through your Canvas Badges/Credentials issuers).  It is not possible to create two separate Canvas Badges/Credentials accounts with a single email address.

If you decide to create two separate accounts with two different email addresses, you can always merge them together later into a single Canvas Badges/Credentials account.
