I understand that you are signing into your backpack and you are not seeing previously awarded badges.
When checking this is usually due to the badges having been awarded to a different email, and potentially using a different email when signing in.
Could you check to see which email the badges were awarded to?

If you have been awarded badges to a different email, you can merge the accounts. Here is a reference for that if needed:
