Missing Certificate for “Zoom In, Step Out” Course – NYC

Hello everyone,
I recently took the “Zoom In, Step Out” course in New York City through Canvas, and I haven’t received my certificate of completion yet. I need this certificate to renew my second year as an Au Pair, so I’m hoping someone here might be able to help or point me in the right direction. Has anyone else taken this course and received their certificate? Any guidance would be truly appreciated!
