Signing In after changing to new Email Address

Hello!  I have just changed my email address on Canvas and now am having difficulty signing in - the new email address is there to sign in with, however I cant seem to get started with a new PW - when I click "forgot password", a message comes up that I will be emailed a link etc to put in a new password however it doesnt come up.  Please advise...I am registered for a study group...Tks!

Thanks for posting in the Community!

I understand your email has been changed in Canvas and you are now having difficulty accessing the Parchment Digital Badge LTI in Canvas. If you update the email inside your Canvas account, we would suggest adding that email as an additional email inside your Parchment Digital Badge account profile.

Once added insde your account at https://badges.parchment.com/ you should be able to access through Canvas.
