I understand your email has been changed in Canvas and you are now having difficulty accessing the Parchment Digital Badge LTI in Canvas. If you update the email inside your Canvas account, we would suggest adding that email as an additional email inside your Parchment Digital Badge account profile.
Once added insde your account at https://badges.parchment.com/ you should be able to access through Canvas.
