Once you have installed and enabled the Canvas PowerSchool API plugin, you must also verify that the plugin can retrieve data from Canvas and communicate it to PowerTeacher.
In the Main Navigation Setup menu, click the System link.
In the Server menu, click the System Settings link.
On the System Settings page, click the Plugin Management Configuration link.
In the Installed Plugin list, locate the plugin and click the plugin name link.
On the plugin setup page, verify that the Installed Resources section displays the Power Queries resource. This resource allows PowerSchool to retrieve grading categories from Canvas and import PowerTeacher assignment groups into Canvas.
If the plugin setup page does not display the PowerQueries resource, ensure that you are installing the correct plugin and verify that you are uploading the file in a ZIP format. Reinstall the plugin. If the plugin still does not display the resource, call PowerSchool for assistance.
