A walkme pop-up blocking the drop-down menu in Speedgrader

Jump to solution

Hello

I have this pop-up which recently appeared while I was grading student assignmenta. I've gone to the 'Grades' section and followed the prompts to export the CSV file in the hope that it would then disappear, however it's still there.
I'm unable to access the students assessments from the drop-down menu in Speedgrader as this pop-up overlays it.
Any idea how to get rid of it as I'm unable to select individual student assignments and unable ot access those that I've already graded?

Hi, grant.regan@rmit.edu.au Welcome to the Canvas Community! That is definitely not desirable behavior. The Walkme integration was installed and is managed at the local level by your school, so we've made outreach to the school's Canvas admin to ask them to investigate and correct that behavior.

Hi grant.regan@rmit.edu.au‌,

I can confirm for you that this was a specific issue affecting RMIT instance of Canvas which has now been resolved.

Shortly you will see an announcement in Canvas letting you know this has been resolved, please let me know if you continue to see any issues.

Thank you,

Hi Stephanie and Jayde,

Thank you so much for your responses. Yes it appears that it was an institution-wide problem, which has now been rectified. Thank you once again.

Best regards,
Grant
