I see that you are a student using Canvas. Yes, it can be overwhelming, and currently there is a lot happening in your life as a student. I do feel for you.
However, Canvas is like your online classroom, it's a place where you, your instructor and your fellow learners can access learning material, instructions, submit assignments and so on. My favourite part is that Canvas offers possibilities for you to collaborate with your class in discussions and other activities. it all depends on how it is set up by your instructor.
I'm hoping that with time it will feel easier for you. You are right, it will.
