Hi. My students tell me they do not see when I send them announcements. For what is this? Thank you

Hi  @gimena_sierra ‌

Have you verified that your announcements are not visible to students?

• Go to Settings in your classroom,
• Click on "Student View",
• Then click on Announcements.

If you can see them, then so can your students.

Hi. The announcements can be seen from the course. What my students claim is that nothing appears on the dashboard.

That is a bummer,  @gimena_sierra 

I just tested this in my sandbox, then logged in as one of my dummy students, and could see the two test announcement indicator on the dashboard just fine.

Time for a support ticket, I am guessing!

Hi  @gimena_sierra  - Was this issue resolved? If you submitted a ticket, what did you learn? Since there hasn't been activity on this thread for a few months, I'm going to assume that everything is going well. However, it would be awesome to hear from you and to learn what the problem was with your class's announcements.
