API Diffing import errors

We are having been using the api to send diff files to canvas every night. Recently, these files having been failing. These are the messages we are getting. Does anyone know what the problem could be? Nothing has changed with the files other than the data. Thanks

Can't perform diffing against more than one file of the same type
"Error while importing CSV. Please contact support. (Error report 170000091689788)"

I've run into this before too and support is not too helpful, even when I gave them the error report number.  Best to just fill out a case and see what traction you can get AND reach out to your CSM.
