Access Denied to Courses

Our Assistant Principal also teaches a course. After she has been in the Admin console and returns to her dashboard, she receives an "Access Denied". We have tried both Safari and Chrome. We have to clear the
history/cache on both browsers each time to resolve the issue. Any suggestions?
