Accessibility question with embedded slide

I am embedding google slides into my pages (creating a bitmoji classroom) but I want to make sure they are accessible to machine readers. Is there a way to add alt text to a slide? Does a machine reader read the speaker notes as alt text? Is there a limit to # of words or characters of alt text?
