Actions Taken

Can someone explain to me what Actions taken comprises of in the Admin Analytics section when you change to table view as Admin eg

I called Canvas support and they stated is was the same as "Participation"
The total of current month's Actions Taken = Participation number on the bar graph, so I would agree with this statement.
