Adding New Quiz to Calendar

I just made a "New Quiz" and am unable to see it in the pull down on the calendar.  

It has been published

It has a due date

Any ideas???

Could you provide screenshots of the New Quiz details page and a screenshot of it not displaying on the calendar?
