Hello, if you already have the gif on your computer (must be saved as a .gif) then open the new announcement and from the right side menu, choose the third tab labeled "Images" and select your gif. This will then insert it into your announcement. If your gif is saved somewhere else then you can use the image embedder from the rich content editor to link to the location the gif is stored.
