My deepest sympathies. I just went through the whole (complicated and cumbersome) process with a Canvas representative on "Live Chat" - it involves exporting a quiz, then importing it as a duplicate quiz "zip.file" to your computer that now contains the quiz questions in a newly created Test Bank. Then you need to import it to Canvas. If I were you, I would get on the live chat Help Line and be "talked" through it step-by-step. There is no talking, however - it's a lot of back and forth typing. It took me about 1.5 - 2 hours. Make sure you save your "Live Chat" conversation as a text.file so you won't have to go through the whole process all over again when you forget how you did it the first time !
