I created, previewed, and took a Canvas quiz with .png content. After completing the quiz and receiving a score, the page reloads over and over again without stopping.

That is extremely weird. It's a long shot but are your browser zoom settings set to something other than 100%? I've seen weird issues every now and then when a browser is zoomed in to a higher value. My 2nd guess would be some sort of extension added to your browser causing an issue. Try running your browser in Incognito mode; that disables all extensions and would give some insight about if an extension might be causing the problem.
