Allowing one student to go back in a quiz

Hello all, here's the situation at my school: I'm the Assistive Tech Specialist at my school, and an instructor is trying to figure out how to work a student's accommodation into quizzes and exams. The student is allowed to go back to previous questions in a quiz/exam, when the rest of the class is not allowed to do so. Is there a way to un-lock the questions for one specific student, or would we have to create a copy of the quiz with this option for the student instead?
