Annual training courses not available

I am trying to begin my annual training and my dashboard is hazy and flickers and does not show anything.  Also when I click on "courses" no course content is available.  This annual training was due to be available on July 20, 2020.

This sounds like it might be an issue with an out-of-date browser. Please check the version of the browser you're currently using to access Canvas with those listed in What are the browser and computer requirements for Canvas?‌, and if yours is older, update it to see if it resolves the problem.
