How to make sure the quiz I created can be shown in Gradebook?

Welcome to the Canvas Community!!!

If you have created the Quiz through the Quiz Tool in Canvas, once you have published it, it will automatically show up in the Gradebook in your Canvas course.  You should be able to go to the Grades link in the course and see the name of the quiz in your gradebook.
