Yep. All the colors! Please see the "Change Course Color" section of How do I view my favorite courses in the Card View Dashboard as a student?. Item 3 is what you're looking for.

Nelson gave the correct answer. As a side-note, you cannot use white (hex RGB code #ffffff).
