Breakout Rooms in Conferences

I have been using BB successfully for my classes but today when I used the breakout room function, my students all left to their rooms- however I was not given the option of joining a room and couldn't drop in and out like I normally would do. See screen shot below- any ideas why???

Has any of your configurations changed? You may want to review the documentation in BigBlueButton HTML5 – Blindside Networks Customer Support Portal to confirm how your conference is set up. If you're still having trouble, BigBlueButton has a help portal where you can ask for additional assistance.
