Hi @tbrewer62 and welcome to the Community! You may not be aware of this, but the Canvas Community is made of fellow Canvas users from around the world. Your best bet to find a person to answer your question would be to contact someone at your institution. If you can get into the Canvas shell for your class, you can check and see if the People's tab is visible. If so then you could contact one of these individuals or the course instructor.
