CLASS INVITATION NOT WORKING 100%

Canvas randomly does not send out all the invitations to people to join the class. When clicking on the individual to resend the invitation it says it will be sent out when the course is published. It is published. There are 35 students in class and 15 that are pending that are not getting the invitation no matter what I do. HELP

Hi Sonny,

I'm just another random user, but I have a fair amount of experience troubleshooting tech. The most likely scenario in my experience is that those 15 students are receiving the invitation, but it's getting flagged as junk, spam, or sorted according to rules in their email accounts. This can happen since the invitation email comes from an automatic no-reply address. If Canvas itself were the source of the issue, we would expect to see all 35 students affected equally.
