Can not open files, need assistance

I can log in. I can not open files. I have a IPad. On my phone no problems I can negative just fine.

Which iPad and iOS version are you using? What's the error or issue you are having when logging in? If you can share any screenshots, that would be great too. Thanks!

Hi Erica - During this most recent term, I hope you were able to open files using the app! I also hope that one of the updates to Canvas Student was the solution.  For now, I'm going to mark this discussion as "Assumed Answered" but it will not prevent you or anyone else from commenting and reopening the discussion.
