Can't access contents in ePortfolio even with a link

Several instructors are trying to share their students' ePortfolios with each other and assess them collectively. The students' own instructor can access the contents of the ePortfolios but other instructors can't even with a link. It says "Access Denied." Can anyone tell me what the problem is?

It is disconcerting that there is no response to this thread.  Did you every find a solution to this problem?
