Can the regrade email notification be turned off by admins?

An email gets sent out, "A regrade has finished for the quiz ......."

Our instructors don't necessarily want the students to know that they are "regrading".

Hello Victoria,

Administrators cannot turn off that notification.  To prevent that from going out, I think instructors will want to "Hide" or "Mute" (depending on which version of the grade book you are using) the quiz before regrading, then Unmute/Post the grades.
