Can you upload an Iphone video to Canvas

I am not very techy - I looked at the list of what video formats are compatible with canvas and I don't know what device to use or where to find this info on the device:

• flv – Flash Video
• asf – Windows Media
• qt – Apple QuickTime
• mov – Apple QuickTime
• mpg – Digital Video Format
• mpeg – Digital Video Format
• avi – Digital Video Format
• m4v – Digital Video Format
• wmv – Windows Media
• mp4 – Digital Video Format
• 3gp – Multimedia Mobile Format

Can I use an Iphone or if no, somehow transfer it to something above? Forgive me for my ignorance.
